TRY to loose some weight laa..

ok now apa yang uny sangat nak share kat kalian about MY WEIGHT.. erggghhh !!! sangat la stress kalau sembang pasal BERAT BADAN nih.. 
seriously bila tengok pulak kawan2 yang kurus kering and maintain ke ~~~> perasaan CEMBURU MEMBUAK2.. rasa macam nak bluetooth je lelemak (fat) nih dekat dorang.. biar la rasa sama2 kan ? hee. kenapa la dorang kurus sangat kan kan kan ? haish.. tak makan ke dorang ??? haeran aku >________<'

sangat2 bila nak cerita pasal berat badan nih ! but i've try put 110% my effort untuk DIET apa yang uny dapat ? hee.. HARAPAN laaa..

"jangan berangan nak diet lebey2 kalau uny asyik makan bende merepek2 je, makan malam, tak makan nasi but makan coklat plus any jajan including ok.."
(kata2 abah yang MENUSUK JIWA)

manusia2 yang nak mengambil hati tak payah cakap laa.. ada yang cakap :
  1. badan dah elok la uny..
  2. ok la...tak gemok pon just mantap je..
  3. kamu tinggi takpe kalau naek sikit pon..
  4. alaaa..tak nampak pon mana gemoknye..
  5. dah tak payah diet dah..
  6. etc.. (tak ingat dah..)

erghh ! macam mana nih ? uny memang nak diet tapi kadang2 bila tak nampak PERUBAHAN tuh rasa macam nak telan dan kunyah2 air perigi banyak2 biar surut air perigi tuh ~! haish.. >_<'

tapi kan uny rasa SEMANGAT uny nak kurus ada la sikit sebab KAWAN2 uny pon nak loose some weight jugak..hee..actually memang la nampak macam uny nih obses sangat nak kurus tapi entah laa.. standard la KAUM HAWA.. nak kurus untuk ??? KEPUASAN !! hee. KESIHATAN jatuh no2 ok ? hee..

apa yang uny dah buat untuk loose weight actually ? hahahahaha.. MALU nak share tapi uny nak bagitahu jugak ! ngeee..
uny just tak makan nasi and kadang2 jogging and sit up.. (tu pon tak kerap mana..)
hahahaha.. (kejap2, nak gelakkan diri sendiri) memang patut pon laaa berat badan MAKIN NAIK ~!! 

heee..ok sekarang uny tak nak guna AJARAN SESAT uny dah.. uny akan cuba ikut AJARAN YANG BENAR (mean diet yang sebetulnye laaa...)

 here, uny put some tips untuk kite kekaum HAWA loose our weight together2 ok ??? i mean HEALTHY DIET ok ??? 
  1. Drink plenty of water or other calorie-free beverages.
  2. Think about what you can add to your diet, not what you should take away.
  3. Consider whether you're really hungry.
  4. Be choosy about nighttime snacks.
  5. Enjoy your favorite foods.
  6. Enjoy your treats away from home.
  7. Eat several mini-meals during the day.
  8. Eat protein at every meal.
  9. Spice it up.
  10. Stock your kitchen with healthy convenience foods.
  11. Order children'€™s portions at restaurants.
  12. Eat foods in season.
  13. Swap a cup of pasta for a cup of vegetables.
  14. Use non-food alternatives to cope with stress.
  15. Be physically active.
